This agreement is between you and Dr. Nana. By using any services made available to you through the Dr. Nana website (https://lovespell.tips), you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of use agreement.
As this is a legally binding contract, please carefully read through this agreement and related notices before using any of dr. Nana’s services.

Agreement Conditions
Dr. Nana reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of the agreement at any time and at his sole discretion. Dr. Nana will provide notice of these changes by updating the revised Terms and conditions and changing the “[Last revised: ]” date on this page.
Any and all modifications or changes to the Terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon being announced on the website . As such, your continued use of Dr. Nana’s services acts as acceptance of the amended agreement and rules.
Requesting service through online chat or sending email
By completing the onsite forms (includes web chat) and making correspondence with Dr. Nana, you acknowledge that you are bound by the professional advice and proceeding that Dr. Nana will give you and that any harm as a result of the advice from dr. Nana is on your own account. Dr. Nana is not in any way or form responsible for such damages, whether it be financially or otherwise.
Description of services
Dr. Nana provides online spiritual advice and proceedings in accordance with African tradition/voodoo principles to clients that have accepted that they need his assistance.
Dr. Nana strives to do his best for all clients however, the results from his work may vary depending on each patient and again, he is not in any way or shape responsible for what results you get especially if the failures are due to your dishonesty in providing accurate information to him or due to any other mishaps on your side.
Dr. Nana strives to maintain the accuracy of information posted on his website however, he cannot guarantee the accuracy, suitability, reliability, completeness, performance or fitness for purpose of the content through the website, and will not accept liability for any loss or damage that may arise directly or indirectly from the content.
Information on Dr. Nana website can be subjected to change without notice and is provided for the primary purpose of facilitating users to arrive at independent decisions.
Dispute Resolution
Dr. Nana reserves the right to resolve issues and disputes at his sole discretion. Clients agree to bear the costs arising from the process of dispute resolution.
Guidelines for usage of services on Dr. Nana
You hereby agree to observe the following covenants during your use of services on Dr. Nana:
All the activities that you carry out during the use of Dr. Nana Service will be in compliance with the requirements of applicable laws, regulations, as well as the various guidelines of Dr. Nana,
will not be in violation of public interests, public ethics or other’s legitimate interests,
Liability
Provision of Service
Dr. Nana will provide Services at an “as is” and “commercially available” condition, and does not offer any form of warranty with regards to the Service’s reliability, stability, accuracy and completeness of the spiritual energy involved.
Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree, Dr. Nana shall not be liable for any of your losses caused by any of the following events, including but not limited to:
Cancellation of the spells proceeding
Use or failure to use Dr. Nana Service
Lack of money to pay for additional issues that may arise
Your misunderstanding of Dr. Nana Service
Any other losses related to Dr. Nana Service which are not directly attributable to Dr. Nana
In no event shall Dr. Nana be liable for any failure or delay of service resulting from your inability to respond timeously to his recommendations pertaining to your work with him.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Nana from and against any claims and damages (including attorneys’ fees, fines or penalties imposed by any regulatory authority) arising out of your breach or our enforcement of this Agreement. This shall also apply to your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or rights of any third party during your use of the Dr. Nana Service.
Non-refund
Any payments for services you requested from Dr. Nana will not be refunded especially if it’s due to your inability to follow Dr. Nana’s recommendations in regard to the service you requested.
Results of the spells cast may only be effective for between 80 to 99% of the clients and this is due to many factors beyond Dr. Nana’s control and you agree that you will not hold Dr. Nana responsible in any way, shape or form for not getting your desired results.
Indemnity and disclaimer
You agree to indemnify Dr. Nana and hold Dr. Nana harmless from and against all third party claims except from Dr. Nana’s breach of these Terms. As mentioned in description of services, Dr. Nana strives his best to maintain the data integrity on his site but does not guarantee the information and services provided on its platform. Dr. Nana will not be liable for errors arising from the use of his services.
